It is incredible that Deedat totally misses the point here. He obviously hasn’t read the rest of Hebrews 7 or he is being deceptive. Hebrews 7 makes it clear that Melchizedek is God incarnate. Who is it that is without father or mother, without descent (and the most significant part) is without beginning of days nor end of life. This makes Him eternal and that can only be God. In fact Melchizedek will have been what we call a Christophany which is Christ appearing as a man. This was and is to show us that Jesus Christ is our high priest before God to intercede for us.
